  • What is JLI Merchandise and what does it have to do with Forbes Motors GM?
    JLI Merchandise (a division of JLI Transportation Inc.) offers full service merchandise production for companies such as Forbes GM. Forbes GM collaborates with JLI transportation to design, manufacture, and ship their products to customers across Canada. You will notice products come directly from the JLI Transportation Inc. warehouse and all banking statements being made out to JLI Transportation Inc.
  • What kind of merchandise does Forbes Motors GM offer?
    We offers a wide variety of merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and collectibles, all branded with the Forbes Motors GM logo.
  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping and payment information.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via standard or expedited shipping. Standard shipping takes 2-10 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on your location within Canada.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

    You can contact customer service by filling out a form on our contact page. Please allow 1-2 business days for a representative to respond. Our customer service hours are 9am to 5pm EST.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    No, we currently do not offer gift cards at this time.
