Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping with us at JLI Merchandise.
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. However, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
We offer shipping within Canada or pickup from Forbes Motors GM Waterloo.
Shipping options include Standard and Expedited shipping. Standard shipping takes 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location within Canada and expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you require shipping internationally please contact our customer service team and we can arrange shipping to your desired country.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or acts of god.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping information.
Lost or Damaged Goods:
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things can happen during shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please follow the instructions below:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to locate your package and get it to you as soon as possible.
If we are unable to locate your package and it is deemed lost by the shipping carrier, we will offer you the choice of either a full refund or a replacement order. We will also work with the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and products and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, please do not throw away any of the packaging or products as the shipping carrier may need to inspect them. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, whether that be a refund or replacement order.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping that are out of our control. However, we will work diligently to resolve any issues that arise and ensure that you are satisfied with your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
